Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting, including management of high-risk labor patients
- Perform circulator duties for cesarean deliveries
- Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic health records system
- Rotate holiday coverage with regular staff as scheduled
- Float onsite within scope of practice or to nearby sites within 40 miles as needed
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Wisconsin
- Labor and Delivery clinical experience required
- High-risk Labor and Delivery experience required
- Circulator experience for cesarean deliveries required
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
- Prior travel nursing experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience floating across units or multiple care sites
- Strong adaptability and ability to work in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
