Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery setting, supporting patients through antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum phases
Respond to obstetric and neonatal emergencies in a decisive, composed, and respectful manner
Utilize Epic EMR to document and manage clinical care efficiently
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, evidence-based patient outcomes
Apply strong critical thinking and time management skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
Required Qualifications
Active RN license - Single State or Compact (multi-state) required
BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA, ARC, or Instructor level) required upon hire
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (or ARC-NALS or Instructor level); NRP-Provisional accepted within 180 days
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA, ARC, or Instructor level); ACLS-Provisional accepted within 180 days
Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing (Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing minimum); Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
Required direct patient care experience; less than 1 year of experience considered
Epic EMR experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Experience in a high-acuity or fast-paced Labor & Delivery environment
Strong customer service and interpersonal/collaborative communication skills
