Provide direct patient care to laboring and postpartum patients in a Labor and Delivery unit
Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout the labor and delivery process
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Assist with deliveries and respond to obstetric emergencies as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with unit standards
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery (L&D) experience required
Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend as needed, and holidays per unit need
Preferred Experience / Skills
Scrub experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
Experience with high-acuity obstetric patients
