Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Virginia

Schedule: Variable shifts with day and night options available; staffing includes charge nurse support with approximately 70 nursing staff members across the department

- 16-bed Labor, Delivery, and Recovery unit with 3 operating rooms, 3 triage rooms, and 3 recovery rooms
- AWHONN staffing ratios maintained with patient assignments ranging from 1:1 to 3:1 based on acuity
- Advanced maternal care technology including Novii monitors, iMobile systems, headsets, pass-through skin-to-skin cesarean drapes, deep soaker tubs, light therapy, and aromatherapy
- EMR systems: CPN and Meditech
- 24/7 in-house hospitalist, midwife, anesthesia, and neonatologist support

Requirements:
- Active RN license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
- Current Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring certification (within previous 2 years)
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Preferred: Experience at facilities with 3,000+ births annually
- Preferred: Patient-centered care experience with diverse populations
