Description:
Unit information includes 10 Labor and Delivery Rooms, 2 Operating Rooms, and 2 Triage Rooms.
Staffing typically consists of 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator, 3 Registered Nurses, 1 Unit Coordinator, and 1 Surgical Technician on day shift as well as on night shift.
The patient ratios are aligned with AWHONN standards.
The equipment in use includes HillRom and GE systems.
Documentation is managed through Expanse, and monitoring occurs within CPN.
Responsibilities will include care of labor and delivery patients and postpartum couplet care.
The ideal candidate will possess an energetic personality and be ready to support a new team.
Rotating weekends and holiday coverage will be required.
