The night shift includes 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator, 4 Registered Nurses, 1 Transition RN, 1 Unit Secretary, and 1 Certified Surgical Technologist. Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 2:1. Equipment used in the unit includes GE Monitors, Panda Warmers, Novi, and Neptune EMR. The typical procedures performed include laboring, vaginal delivery, C-sections, and care for newly delivered mothers and their newborns. The ideal candidate should be a team player, motivated, independent, and flexible. Candidates with charge experience are preferred. The schedule includes every other weekend.
