Day Shift Core: 3 RNs, 1 Scrub Tech, 1 Unit Secretary. Night Shift - Patient Ratios: 2:1, high risk 1:1 or 2:1 if stable. Type of Equipment: EMR CPN (Centricity), Meditech. Most recruited for skill set. Bilingual and scrub tech skills are preferred. Typical procedures performed include cesarean sections and BTLs/salpingectomies. Ideal candidates will possess a collaborative and adaptable personality. C-EFM certification preferred but not required. Floating Area: Postpartum, medical floor (only as a tech). Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue. 4 Weekend shifts/month are required.
