Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 2 OBED nurses, 3 OR nurses, 2-3 Antepartum nurses, and 10 nurses for labor.

The team consists of 55 staff members. Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 2 OBED nurses, 3 OR nurses, 2-3 Antepartum nurses, and 10 nurses for labor. Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 2 OBED nurses, 2-3 Antepartum nurses, and 10 nurses for labor. Patient ratios are 2:1 for labor, 3:1 for OBED, 4:1 for antepartum, and 1:1 for OR. The type of equipment used includes EMR systems. Procedures typically performed include C-sections, cerclage, and D&C for postpartum hemorrhage only. The ideal candidate will demonstrate great teamwork and adaptability to fast-paced environments. Mandatory weekend shifts require working two weekends per month with the possibility of four weekend shifts. No on-call duty is required.
