Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Tennessee

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Tennessee

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 4 weekend shifts per month; may float to mother/baby or task-based assignments in other departments as needed

• Couplet care model promoting breastfeeding and family bonding with donor milk availability
• EMR systems: CPN and Meditech
• HCA Unit of Distinction 2021; TIPQC Pilot Hospital for NTSV and Team Birth initiatives
• 8-bed Level 2 NICU on-site with 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner support

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications required
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality care to laboring patients
• Ability to support patient choice and promote vaginal birth opportunities based on patient preferences
• Experience with OR circulating, IUPC, FSE, MgSO4, postpartum hemorrhage management (JADA system), and nitrous oxide administration preferred
• STABLE and Spinning Babies certifications are beneficial
