Contract | Days Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans within the Labor and Delivery setting
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to the healthcare team
Serve as the primary coordinator across all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders accurately and in a timely manner
Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team
Follow Standard Precautions and utilize personal protective equipment as required
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Oklahoma or compact licensure eligibility
Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
Ability to apply critical thinking skills and exercise decisive judgment with minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment
Availability to work up to 6 weekend shifts and holidays as needed per department requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
