Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Labor and Delivery setting
Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Participate in every weekend rotation as part of the standard schedule
Fulfill holiday coverage requirements, including Christmas Eve
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Labor and Delivery (L&D) experience and/or certification required
Ability to work every weekend rotation
Availability for required holiday shifts, including Christmas Eve
Preferred Experience / Skills
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred
Prior experience in a high-volume Labor and Delivery unit
