Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Labor and Delivery setting
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Participate in every weekend rotation as part of the standard schedule
• Fulfill holiday coverage requirements, including Christmas Eve

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Labor and Delivery (L&D) experience and/or certification required
• Ability to work every weekend rotation
• Availability for required holiday shifts, including Christmas Eve

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred
• Prior experience in a high-volume Labor and Delivery unit
