Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting
Monitor and assess laboring patients throughout the continuum of care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe delivery outcomes
Participate in every weekend rotation as part of the standard schedule
Fulfill holiday coverage requirements, including Christmas Eve
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Labor and Delivery (L&D) experience required
Ability to commit to weekend rotation schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred
Prior experience in a high-volume Labor and Delivery unit
