Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting
• Monitor and assess laboring patients throughout the continuum of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe delivery outcomes
• Participate in every weekend rotation as part of the standard schedule
• Fulfill holiday coverage requirements, including Christmas Eve

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Labor and Delivery (L&D) experience required
• Ability to commit to weekend rotation schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred
• Prior experience in a high-volume Labor and Delivery unit
