Description:
This unit consists of 10 beds and has a staff of approximately 120.
The staffing structure includes Charge Nurses, Unit Clerks, Scrub Technicians, and Registered Nurses based on patient census.
Patient ratios comply with California Title 22.
The unit operates using EMR systems such as Meditech.
Typical procedures performed include deliveries, C-sections, and other labor and delivery related cases.
The ideal candidate should be a team player.
Rotating weekends are part of the schedule.
