- **Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- **Must Have Skills:**
- 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience
- High-risk patient experience
- Immediate newborn care expertise
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Circulating experience in the delivery room
- **Typical Procedures Performed:**
- Vaginal Deliveries
- Cesarean Sections
- D&C
- Cerclage
- C-Hyst
