**Unlock Your Nursing Potential: Join Our Dynamic L&D Team in Wilson, NC!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Wilson, NC - **Facility:** Duke Lifepoint Hospital - **Beds:** 294 - **Accreditation:** Joint Commission Accredited **Position Information:** - **Role:** RN - **Specialty:** Labor & Delivery (L/D), OB/GYN with simple med/surge overflow - **Openings:** 2 L/D, 1 OB/PP/Med/Surge - **Shift:** - L/D: 7 PM - 7 AM (nights) - OB: 7 AM - 7 PM (days) - **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 per week - **Weekend Requirements:** Rotating every other weekend - **Call Requirements:** Minimal **Required Certifications:** - BLS - L/D - fetal monitoring class within the last 2 years - NRP - ACLS **Experience Requirements:** - **Years of Experience:** 2 years in L/D **Unit Information:** - **L/D Beds:** 6 + 1 triage/RR - **OR on Unit:** Yes - Circulating for C/S - **PP Beds:** 12 - **Patient Ratios:** L/D per AWHONN standards, PP 6:1 max, usually 3-4:1 - **Equipment:** GE Centricity / Meditech - **Patient Population:** OB, postpartum, GYN, med/surge overflow (hips, knees) **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - **Must Have:** 2 years of L/D experience - **Preferred:** Experience circulating in OR for L/D - **Common Diagnoses/Treatments:** As listed above - **Personality Fit:** Team player **Education Requirements:** - **Degree:** RN prepared **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** - L/D: Hospital supplied - PP/GYN: Any professional scrub attire - **Unacceptable Attire:** None **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
