First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel contract opening for an experienced Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) Registered Nurse (RN) on the historic island of Nantucket, Massachusetts! Operating at Nantucket Cottage Hospital (NCH)—a proud member of the world-renowned Mass General Brigham system serving an island community 30 miles at sea—this high-paying position features an approved 48-hour overnight schedule (4x12-Hours, 19:00 PM - 07:00 AM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; 36-hour option also available). Location Details: Assignment is located at Nantucket Cottage Hospital (Mass General Brigham), 57 Prospect St, Nantucket, MA 02554 (Dept: Ldrp NCH125 - SO00006986). ⏱️ Assignment Timeline: 13-week contract running from October 19, 2026, through January 16, 2027 (Order: MGB-29883). Island Housing Agreement: Candidate must sign and agree to the MGB Nantucket Shared Housing Agreement (housing provided at no cost by the facility). No Call Advantage: Requisition confirms no standby on-call obligations. Submittal Rules & Compliance: Active MA single-state RN license, AHA BLS, and NRP must be active and attached at submission. Strong Postpartum and Epic charting experience must be documented clearly in the candidate resume profile. All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be presented upfront with the submittal packet.
