Travel - Registered Nurse Labor & Delivery

 

Contract Details

  • Duration: 26 weeks
  • Shift: Nights, 4x12 hours — 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
  • Travel Experience: Not required with minimum 2 years of experience

 


Pay Breakdown

 

 (Based on 48 hours)

 W2 (taxable): $20.00/hr
 OT for 8 hours: $30.00
 Per Diem (Non-Taxable): $ 2,429
 Gross Weekly Pay: $3,469.00/week


 

Requirements

  • Experience Required: 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
  • Certification Required: BLS, FHM, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate; ACLS preferred
  • License Required: Active Washington RN license or applicable compact license
  • Charting: Epic required
  • First-Time Travelers: Accepted
  • Staffing Ratio: 1:1-3
  • Float: Post-Partum; may also float to L&D at Swedish First Hill
  • Holiday Requirement: Travelers work 1 of 3 major holidays — Thanksgiving, Christmas/Eve, or New Year's/Eve
  • Time Off: Up to 2 major holidays may be requested off

  • Births: 200-300/month
  • Rooms: 8 Labor Rooms + 4 Triage Rooms
  • Patient Diagnoses: Labor, Preterm Labor
  • Unit Type: High-Risk Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, Low-Risk Antepartum, Low-Risk L&D
  • Teaching Hospital: Preferred
