Job Description & Requirements

Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of recent Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience
- Minimum 3 years of recent Antepartum experience
- Ability to independently manage complex maternal-fetal patients
- Proficiency with clinical equipment, EMR/computer systems, and nursing technology
- Ability to delegate and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel in accordance with the California Nurse Practice Act
Highly Preferred Experience
- High-Risk Antepartum experience (strongly preferred)
Required Education
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
Required Licensure & Certifications
- Active California RN License
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification
