Job Details

  • Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, state licensure as a Registered Nurse, minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery or obstetrics, current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Pending license acceptance is permitted.
  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating between day and night shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs; document clinical activities; delegate tasks appropriately; participate in quality improvement initiatives; manage obstetric and neonatal emergencies, including fetal monitoring, delivery assistance, and neonatal resuscitation.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM), high-risk obstetrics, and neonatal procedures.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required, with 0-3 shifts per month assisting with various patient care activities across the unit.
