Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Los Angeles, California.

Shift: 12 hours, days
Employment Type: Travel

Shift: 12-hour days, 7 AM–7 PM; 36 hours/week.
EMR: Cerner; Fetal Link fetal monitoring system.
Floating: Required; first to float. L&D nurses float to Antepartum and Postpartum.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of L&D experience, including high-risk deliveries. Travel experience preferred.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW).
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Advanced AWHONN/Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) required.
Unit Description: Perinatal unit with 12 L&D beds, 10 triage beds, and 12 antepartum beds; approximately 200 births per month. Cares for patients at 20+ weeks, including high-risk pregnancies involving hypertension, multiples, diabetes, and substance use.
Required Skills: C-section experience, including circulating; scrubbing preferred. Must be familiar with Pitocin, magnesium sulfate, and insulin drips.
Additional Requirements: Holiday rotation—one major and two minor holidays. No call. Acrylic/overlay nails are not permitted.
