  • Shift: Nights, 4x12 hours, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
  • Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours/week
  • Weekend: As needed
  • Block Schedule: No

     

Pay Details

  • Base Bill Rate: $89.00/hr
  • W2 (taxable): $32.00/hr
  • OT for 8 hours: $48.00
  • Per Diem (Non-Taxable): $ 1,489.00
  • Gross Weekly Pay: $3,153.00/week
  • Charge Nurse Differential: $3.00/hr
  • On-Call Rate: $10.00/hr
  • Holiday: 1.35x
  • Call Back: 1.35x

Requirements

  • Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 years L&D experience; 2–3 years preferred/required by unit
  • Travel Experience: Required
  • Certification Required: BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate
  • Preferred Certification: AWHONN Beginner, C-EFM
  • License Required: Indiana RN license must be in hand
  • Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred
  • Trauma Level I Experience: Preferred

  • Antihypertensives and insulin drips
  • Neonatal resuscitation

  • Baby Nurse/Baby Catcher experience
  • Cord sample collection and infant identification
  • Radiant warmers and thermoregulation
  • Newborn assessment and hypoglycemia care
  • Breastfeeding/lactation support
  • Postpartum and couplet care
  • Postpartum hemorrhage management
  • Fundus, lochia and perineal care
  • Cesarean and vaginal delivery care
  • Epidural, general anesthesia and pain management
