• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
• Schedule: 36 hours per week; rotating day/night coverage with every other weekend and every other holiday
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,810 - $2,960
• Unit Environment: Busy Labor & Delivery unit with labor rooms, triage, and operating/recovery space

Job Requirements

• Current RN license and active BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 recent years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• OR circulator experience required
• Previous travel nurse experience required
• Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips
• Must pass telemetry testing on day 1 with 85% or higher
• EPIC EMR experience required
• NRP certification required, with all coursework completed and not expiring during the assignment
• Intermediate or Advanced fetal monitoring course completed, preferably AWHONN
• High-risk obstetrics experience preferred
• CNM experience will not be considered

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Support high-risk obstetric care in a busy, high-volume delivery environment
• Monitor fetal and maternal status, including telemetry interpretation
• Assist with circulating responsibilities in the operating room when needed
• Collaborate with physicians, obstetric providers, and the care team to respond to changing patient needs
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC and maintain clear clinical communication
• Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support continuous unit coverage
