Job Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing or related acute care experience
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced hospital setting
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Travel RN experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring patients and postpartum families
  • Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
  • Assist with admissions, triage, labor support, and recovery care
  • Collaborate with physicians, OB staff, and the care team to support positive patient outcomes
  • Document care accurately and maintain a calm, patient-focused approach
