Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery (L&D RN) – Night Shift

Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:30 | 36 Hours per Week
- Schedule Structure: 12.5-hour night shifts. Block scheduling requests are strictly prohibited and will not be accepted.
- Weekend & Holiday Coverage: Rotational coverage as required by unit operational needs.
- On-Call / Standby: On-call shifts required per unit guidelines.
- Assignment Duration: 12-Week Contract Assignment (Long Term) | 3 Open Positions (1 of 4 filled) | ASAP Start / Critical Hot Job

Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]:
- Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Labor & Delivery clinical nursing experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Hands-on Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months strictly required and must be documented on resume [HARDSTOP].
- Phlebotomy experience within the last 12 months strictly required and must be documented on resume [HARDSTOP].
Education Requirements [HARDSTOP]: Must hold an accredited nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE strictly required [HARDSTOP].
State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active Ohio RN License strictly required in-hand at time of submission [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Active NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Active Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Active PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications required / preferred per submission rules [HARDSTOP].
