Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Edmonds, Washington.
Job Summary (List Format):
- Shift: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (07:00 - 19:30)
- Specialty Areas: Labor & Delivery (L&D), LDRP, Postpartum, and Newborn Care
- Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years in relevant clinical areas
- Candidate Type: Local and traveler candidates both accepted at the same rate
- Floating: May be required to float as needed
- Licensure: Active compact nursing license accepted at all Swedish facilities
Required Clinical Experience:
- Labor & Delivery (L&D)
- Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP)
- Postpartum Care
- Newborn Care
- OB Triage
- Antepartum care, including high-risk pregnancies
Required Certifications:
- AWHONN Intermediate
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Preferred Certification:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
Preferred Skills:
- Operating room circulating experience, especially for C-sections
- Fetal heart monitoring (FHM)
- IV insertion and initiation
Med Ninjas Job ID #19726. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
