Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) is needed in Greenfield, Massachusetts. This role involves providing care to labor, delivery, postpartum, and antepartum patients, supporting approximately 400 deliveries annually. The RN will be responsible for assisting with Cesarean sections, caring for both mother and baby, and supporting a high standard of patient care on a unit with 11 beds.

  • Floating: No floating required.
  • Additional Information: The unit manages labor, delivery, postpartum, and antepartum patients. Cesarean sections are performed on the unit with OB registered nurses supporting patients and caring for newborns. The core staffing model includes four RNs per shift, with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:1 during labor. The team supports approximately 400 deliveries per year, with cases involving labor support and postpartum care.
