# ⚕️ Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)
**Location:** Chillicothe, Ohio
**Contract Length:** 13 Weeks
**Shift:** Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
⏰ **Hours:** 36 Hours/Week
We are seeking an experienced **Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)** for a 13-week travel assignment in **Chillicothe, OH**. This Level II Labor & Delivery unit cares for patients **32 weeks gestation and above** and requires an RN who is confident in high-acuity obstetric care.
### Position Details
* **Specialty:** Labor & Delivery
* **Shift:** Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
* **Schedule:** Weekdays with every other weekend
* **Contract:** 13 weeks
* **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours/week
* **EMR:** EPIC
* **Holiday Coverage:** Required
* **On-Call:** No call
* **Local candidates:** Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility
### ✅ Requirements
* Active **Ohio RN License**
* **Minimum 4 years of Labor & Delivery experience**
* Previous **travel nursing experience preferred**
* **EPIC experience preferred**
* **BLS** certification
* **ACLS** certification
* **NRP** certification
* Experience with Level II Labor & Delivery preferred
### Key Responsibilities
* Triage Labor & Delivery patients
* Manage labor and deliveries collaboratively with physicians and midwives
* Circulate **Cesarean sections**
* Provide care for patients **32 weeks gestation and above**
* Complete recovery following vaginal and Cesarean deliveries
* Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond to changes in patient condition
* Provide comprehensive, patient-centered obstetric nursing care
