Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
Job Summary
- Provide nursing care in a perinatal setting, ensuring high standards of patient safety and care.
- Complete orientation and onboarding requirements, including New Nurses Orientation within 30 days of hire.
- Undergo preceptorship with trained staff and successfully complete organizational and perinatal competency validations.
- Maintain current certifications in BLS, NRP, ACLS, and electronic fetal monitoring (AWHONN or NCC).
- Hold an active RN license in the state of employment (or compact license).
- Preferably have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and at least 1 year of related nursing specialty experience.
- Preferably have completed a Perinatal RN Residency or have recent perinatal care experience.
-13 weeks full-time, night shifts (7PM–7AM).
Med Ninjas Job ID #14900. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
