Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) – Night Shift

  • Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:30 | 36 Hours Per Week
    • Weekend & Holiday Protocol: Every-third-weekend rotation and holiday rotation required. Strict attendance policy enforced (zero tolerance for unexcused call-ins).
    • Floating Protocol: Must be willing to float to sister facility L&D units as needed.
    • Orientation Note: 2 shifts of unit orientation provided.
  • Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract | 1 Open Position
  • Location Region: Indiana (IN)

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of clinical L&D RN experience in a Level IV facility strictly required [HARDSTOP]. Must be Level IV clinical care trained.
  • Advanced Pharmacological & Monitoring Competency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical management experience with continuous Magnesium Sulfate infusions and titratable Insulin drips strictly required [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Indiana State RN License or multi-state eNLC Compact RN License [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active Advanced NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active Advanced External Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN Advanced FHM) certification [HARDSTOP].
