Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills in maternal, fetal, and newborn care
• Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
• Completion of required onboarding and compliance documentation as assigned

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to laboring patients, postpartum patients, and newborns
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Assist with admissions, deliveries, recoveries, and postpartum support
• Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and the care team
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the birth experience
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow unit protocols
• Promote a calm, compassionate, family-centered patient experience
