Job Requirements

• 2+ years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• Active Arkansas RN license or multistate RN license required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NRP certification required
• Postpartum nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
• Strong adaptability in a collaborative, patient-centered clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to laboring, delivery, and postpartum patients
• Monitor patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care
• Support safe, compassionate maternal and newborn care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse leaders, and the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive patient outcomes
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and evolving clinical needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established nursing protocols
• Contribute to a supportive, efficient Labor & Delivery unit workflow
