Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) opportunity is available in a healthcare facility in Bentonville. This position involves providing direct patient care in the labor and delivery setting, including antepartum and postpartum care, for a duration from late September 2026 through late December 2026. The role requires the ability to work overnight shifts and accommodate flexible scheduling preferences.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications:
    • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Fetal Monitoring certification.
    • Experience: 2 years of labor and delivery experience, with post-partum and antepartum experience.
    • Education: Relevant nursing degree.
    • Location: Candidates should be within 50 miles of the facility or willing to commute.
    • Duration: 8 to 13 weeks, with flexibility; candidates available for the entire duration preferred.
    • Additional: Willingness to work block scheduling or 48-hour workweek, and review pending state licenses.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with working in a hospital setting and with electronic medical records.
    • Ability to adapt to float requirements if necessary.
  • Additional Information:
    • This position is a vacant clinical role with a focus on labor and delivery patient care.
