• Shift: 12-hour nights

• Onboarding: Orientation scheduled prior to start

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or compact RN eligibility
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• At least 2 years of high-risk Labor & Delivery experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP required
• NCC-EFM preferred
• Recent OB, ED, or critical care nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced obstetrical environment and float to postpartum when needed
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for laboring, postpartum, and women’s health patients
• Perform ongoing assessments, triage, prioritization, and care planning
• Support mother/fetal dyad care, including fetal monitoring and vaginal exams
• Administer medications safely and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Respond to obstetrical emergencies with calm, effective clinical judgment
• Educate patients and families on breastfeeding, newborn care, discharge planning, and follow-up
• Assist with stabilization and resuscitation of mother and newborn as needed
• Maintain safe, compassionate care while upholding professional standards and unit protocols
