Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Labor and Delivery unit with an average daily census of 50 across 63 beds
Support and manage care for premature infant cases within a Level 2 Trauma facility
Collaborate with a team of approximately 30 physicians to deliver safe, effective obstetric care
Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification required
Active driver's license required and must be included in submission packet
Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

RNC (Registered Nurse Certified) certification in a relevant specialty preferred
Experience caring for premature or high-risk neonates
Prior experience in a Level 2 Trauma or high-acuity Labor and Delivery setting
