Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Ability to circulate in the OR for cesarean sections
• Experience with labor and delivery patient care
• Postpartum experience preferred
• Triage experience preferred
• Current NRP certification
• Current AWHONN FM certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Energetic, adaptable, and ready to support a new team

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients
• Circulate in the OR for cesarean section procedures
• Deliver postpartum couplet care as needed
• Support triage and patient flow within the unit
• Collaborate closely with the care team to maintain safe, efficient operations
• Follow unit policies, maternal and neonatal guidelines, and established clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and deliver patient-centered care throughout the assignment
