Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting
Read and interpret fetal monitoring accurately and in a timely manner
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for laboring and postpartum patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe patient outcomes
Respond to obstetric emergencies and assist with deliveries as needed

Required Qualifications

Active RN license (Compact license accepted)
Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
BLS certification required
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
ACLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with high-risk obstetric patients
Familiarity with electronic fetal monitoring systems
Strong communication and critical thinking skills in fast-paced environments
