Job Description:
The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team who ensures that patients, families, and significant others receive individualized high-quality, safe patient care. They practice in a clinical environment administered by Nurse Managers and are supported through the Wellstar Shared Governance Model. RN competencies are derived from models supported by Wellstar Values and are in accordance with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, Scope of Practice, and Code of Ethics Standards by the American Nurses Association.
