    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide holistic, patient- and family-centered nursing care across the assigned service area, including Interventional Radiology
    • Execute the full Standards of Nursing Practice: assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
    • Develop, implement, and revise individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
    • Coordinate care among disciplines and delegate activities to other patient care providers as appropriate
    • Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practice improvement and environment of care
    • Apply unit-based clinical skills and competencies specific to the IR/Special Procedures setting
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Minnesota RN license
    • Minimum 3 years of Critical Care experience (ED or ICU) required
    • Interventional Radiology (IR) nursing experience required
    • BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
    • ACLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
    • Experience with adult patient populations required
    • MN DHS Net Study and Fingerprinting required for all patient-facing positions
    • Must live more than 35 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard travel rates
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Epic EMR experience
    • Stroke experience
