Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic, patient- and family-centered nursing care across the assigned service area, including Interventional Radiology
- Execute the full Standards of Nursing Practice: assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Coordinate care among disciplines and delegate activities to other patient care providers as appropriate
- Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practice improvement and environment of care
- Apply unit-based clinical skills and competencies specific to the IR/Special Procedures setting
Required Qualifications
- Active Minnesota RN license
- Minimum 3 years of Critical Care experience (ED or ICU) required
- Interventional Radiology (IR) nursing experience required
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
- ACLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
- Experience with adult patient populations required
- MN DHS Net Study and Fingerprinting required for all patient-facing positions
- Must live more than 35 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard travel rates

- Epic EMR experience
- Stroke experience
