    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Interventional Radiology RN in Meridian, Idaho, 83642!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – IR / Special Procedures

    Location

    Meridian, ID | Interventional Radiology

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts per week | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative nursing care for IR procedures, following patients through the full continuum of care
    • Perform IV starts and administer nurse sedation during IR procedures
    • Support a wide range of procedures including embolization, Y90, neuro interventions, carotid stents, stroke intervention, epistaxis, nephrostomy tubes, nephroureteral stent placement, ports, trans-jugular liver biopsies, G/GJ tube placements, AVF/fistula procedures, paracentesis assistance, CT abscess drains, bone marrow procedures, and dialysis access
    • Float to RN pain management (pre/post only) approximately once per week with a separate orientation provided
    • Operate within a two-suite IR environment utilizing Epic EMR and Philips imaging equipment
    • Respond to on-call needs within 30 minutes when call is accepted (call is optional)
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license
    • Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology (IR) experience required
    • BLS certification required
    • ACLS certification required
    • PALS certification required (firm requirement regardless of pediatric case volume)
    • Demonstrated experience with neuro interventions, including strokes and carotid procedures
    • Nurse sedation experience required
    • Proficiency with IV insertion required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Familiarity with Epic EMR and Philips imaging systems
    • Experience with a broad range of IR procedure types including body, PA, and neuro cases
    • Comfort working in a hybrid room environment shared with a cath lab
    • Experience caring for adult and adolescent patient populations
