Start date: ASAP. Shift involves rotating between each week: 1st week - Monday to Monday, 3:30 PM to 7 AM on-call. Paid hours whether called in or not (average 25-30 hours). 2nd week - Two 8-hour shifts (40 hours guaranteed), no call unless opting to pick up call.
