Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and CERT-NIH Stroke Scale are required. Candidates must be willing to take call independently. Familiarity with both body and neuro cases as well as stroke cases is desired. Shift times are either 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. There is a call requirement of 1-2 nights per week and one weekend call every 5-8 weeks. Weekend call involves starting Saturday at 7:00 AM and ending Monday at 7:00 AM. Candidates must be able to respond within 30 minutes during call times. There is no float requirement for this position.
