Are you an experienced RN with a passion for patient care in a dynamic environment? We have an exciting opportunity for you in the heart of southeastern Arizona! Join our team in a state-of-the-art facility, where you will play a critical role in supporting our expanding Interventional Radiology program.
**Position Details:**
- **Role:** Registered Nurse (RN)
- **Department:** Interventional Radiology
- **Openings:** 1
- **Shift:** 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- **Call Requirements:** Yes, approximately 2 weeks per month
- **Required Certifications:**
- Current RN License (Arizona or compact state)
- BLS
- ACLS
**About You:**
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 5 years in nursing with critical care experience preferred
- Proficiency in administering and monitoring conscious/moderate sedation
- Strong IV access and patient assessment skills
- **Knowledge and Skills:**
- Knowledge of sterile technique and procedural workflows
- Emergency response and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR is a plus
- **Preferred Experience:**
- Experience in hospital-based Interventional Radiology
- Proficient in vascular access procedures, biopsies, and fluoroscopic procedures
- Experience recovering patients post-moderate sedation
**Unit Information:**
- **Number of Beds:** 5
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:4
- **Equipment:** Masimo monitoring systems, power injectors, ultrasound guidance equipment
- **Patient Population:** Adult geriatric

**Education Requirements:**
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Moderate Sedation Certification/Competency
