Job Opportunity – Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse – Georgia
Start Date: October 12, 2026
Location: Georgia

Schedule: 13-week assignment; 4-room IR suite with average daily census of 25 patients; 8-10 call shifts per month plus every third weekend; no more than 2 weekend shifts per month
Highlights:
- Interventional Radiology position serving pediatric to geriatric patient populations
- Epic EMR required (hard stop); experience with stroke thrombectomy procedures mandatory
- Collaborative 3-person call team with structured rotation schedule
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
- Maximum 7 days RTO per contract; all time-off requests must be finalized at submission
- Scrubs provided by facility
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology RN experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Current Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Epic EMR experience mandatory
- Stroke thrombectomy experience mandatory
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Skills required include: angioplasty, carotid stenting, upper and lower extremity angiography, sheath removal/monitoring, vascular closure systems, procedural sedation administration/monitoring, blood product administration, and IV management
- Full compliance required to start on time; all documents due Tuesday prior to start date
