Description:
The purpose of this position is to care for patients requiring invasive radiology procedures.
The role involves monitoring patient vitals during interventional radiology procedures.
The candidate will work collaboratively in a team setting with technologists and fellow nurses.
Equipment used includes Siemens Artis Z, Siemens Artis Q, and Philips EPIQ Ultrasound machine.
The unit provides care for a variety of patients undergoing interventional procedures.
Candidates with experience in interventional radiology or catheterization laboratory settings are preferred.
A background in emergency department or intensive care unit settings is also preferred.
The ideal candidate is a confident RN who performs well in a group environment.
The dress code includes light blue surgical scrubs, which are provided by the facility.
