BLS certified through AHA
ICU experience
Minimum of one year Interventional Radiology experience
Description:
The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care.
Utilizes the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies and procedures.
Responsible for monitoring and evaluating patient functional status.
Completes assessment and individualizes plan of care within established guidelines.
Carries out nursing care considering cultural and psychosocial factors.
Organizes, prioritizes, and performs nursing skills appropriate for the patient population.
Anticipates patient and unit needs.
Demonstrates sound knowledge of bio-psychosocial factors.
Delegates and communicates effectively and appropriately.
Exhibits professional judgment in response to changing patient and unit situations.
Documents steps of the nursing process on the appropriate record.

Utilizes correct medical terminology and abbreviations.

Attends mandatory in-services and meets education standards.
