Contract | Days (7:00–19:00) | Alternating 36/48-hour weeks (84 hours biweekly with 72-hour guarantee); straight 48-hour schedule may also be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown setting with the ability to float to Med Surg as needed
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care during 12-hour day shifts, including weekend coverage as required
- Accurately document all patient care activities and clinical assessments using electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Complete facility orientation modules and all required compliance activities within designated timeframes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in-hand prior to start date
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in IMC, PCU, Stepdown, or related acute care setting
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required at time of submission
- Active Nursys verification required at time of submission
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)
- Must be available to complete required lab/compliance items within 72 hours of offer acceptance
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system strongly preferred
- Comfort with flexible scheduling, including alternating shift structures and weekend assignments
