Job TitleRegistered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (3×12 Hours, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) | Some Weekends & Holidays Required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care / Stepdown unit setting
- Perform IV starts and laboratory draws/sample collecting
- Monitor and titrate critical drips as required by patient condition
- Utilize intermediate-level fetal monitoring skills as applicable to patient population
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe patient outcomes
- Complete up to 8 hours of pre-start, non-billable orientation modules via HealthStream
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required; candidates without a license will not be considered - if license is pending, proof that the process is underway must be provided
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Minimum one year of recent Critical Care and/or ICU experience required
- Proficiency in IV starts, lab draws/sample collecting, and titrating critical drips
- Minimal to no requested time off (RTO); RTO must be disclosed at time of submission - especially around holidays
- Royal Blue scrubs required (not provided)
- Must reside more than 30 miles from the facility to be eligible; candidates residing within 30 miles will not be accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Three or more years of critical care experience is a plus
