Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting, with a focus on Routine Care and Orthopedic patients
- Float between two campuses as needed, with a designated primary campus location
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions throughout the night shift
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Complete all required learning modules and maintain compliance with facility standards prior to and during assignment
- Adhere to dress code requirements; navy scrubs required
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days — no adverse actions or hits on license
- Minimum of 24 months PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
- Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment — candidates must reside outside of Arizona to qualify
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Experience working in multi-campus or float environments
- Familiarity with Routine Care and Orthopedic patient populations
